      Join HUGS

The HealthStream User Group (HUG) program was created in October 2000, starting with the Connecticut HUG. Today, nearly 40 HUGs meet regularly, forming a nationwide network of support. HealthStream values our customers and recognizes the importance of providing a professional networking forum to share new ideas, proven best practices, and time-saving tips.  The HUG program links our customers nationwide and creates another way they can connect with us to provide vital feedback.

Virginia "Ginny" Reeves of Greenville Health System (Greenville, SC) helped launch the program as one of the first HUG Leaders. She continues to lead the South Carolina HUG and is an integral member of the HealthStream community.

“Being an active part of our local HUG over the years has been invaluable for us as an organization and for me as a HealthStream administrator. These groups are the perfect forum for networking and sharing ideas and best practices. It is great to be able to talk with other users about what is working for them, and these meetings always save us time by providing a closer look at new products and updates. I have been managing HealthStream for over 10 years, and there has not been one HUG meeting that I haven't learned something new!”

—Virginia "Ginny" Reeves, BSN, RN, MS; South Carolina HUG Leader
