    Practice eSim

      Have a provider trying to take the provider curriculum and she cannot get past the practice eSim to move onto the cases. She has attempted it a few times. She has logged out and logged back in and tried again. No luck. Any ideas? Are there certain system requirements that could be causing this? Going to set up a time to work through this with her, but would like to know for future reference.
