Half of our staff who completed NRP in February show a new expiration date of February 28, 2019. The other half show a new expiration date of March 31, 2019. The only difference seems to be when they got back to Health Stream to complete the evaluation. Shouldn't the completion date be tied to when they actually took the class not when the evaluation was finished? this creates confusion because it appears the staff member did not have a current NRP card (required for our department) for a month.

Thank you for your comment. We understand the confusion and apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, the cards are issued based on the date the evaluation is completed, not the date of the instructor-led event. We are currently working on this issue and will provide further insight once we are able to resolve it.
