hi! I’ve been asking Healthstream Customer Service to correct the NRP ID# on my hospital NRP Healthstream account to no avail to this date. My Resuscitaion card on my profile has a wrong NRP ID# on it that belongs to my workmate. Her name and other personal info also shows under the manage my healthstream page when I click on it. I am not able to get credit even if zi link the account ti renew my NRP Instructir card due next month. But it is my log in account with my username and password and correct infos on my account setting. Anyone knows the fix to this type of issue from Healthstream?
