I'm an NRP instructor and admin for our facility. We recently switched platforms from Healthstream Bridge to "regular" healthstream d/t a hospital merger. Communication has been very lacking and I'm trying to piecemeal together information I have received from HeartCode, the admins in corporate, and Healthstream.
I finally have access myself as an admin but my staff cannot find the classes I have published. I see my classes listed under "My events" but when I do a search by searching myself as the instructor or a date range, my classes do not show up. I can add students (and hopefully print rosters and grade).
Please please help! Is there a healthstream guide that takes you through all this? I feel like a little bird constantly looking for that worm!
